課程概述

本課程試圖鼓勵同學透過文獻閱讀,了解當今數位新聞的快速變化,並藉此掌握數位時代的新聞現象。本課程鼓勵同學練習論文撰寫與投稿,以增進學生的數位新聞思考能力。 

課程目標
本課程在於訓練同學結合理論與實務,進行經驗性研究,藉此真正理解數位傳播科技、新媒體平台等對於新聞內容、新聞工作者與新聞產業造成的衝擊,乃至對於公共領域、公民社會的影響。由於數位新聞為正在發生的新興現象,因而特別期待同學激發想像力與創造力的發想性研究。

指定閱讀的論文已詳述在每週上課大綱,正式上課時將作最後確定。當週文獻由修課同學輪流導讀,並進行課堂討論,以強化同學對文獻的認知與運用。更重要的是,能藉著廣泛認知文獻理解研究的問題意識與研究設計,進而啟發自己的研究靈感。
